actually, i'm not sad at all. i felt pretty fantastic in this get-up. I love the modest length of the skirt and its pop of vibrant color - I don't own anything else like it and knew it would quickly become a year-round favorite - I styled it a little on the wild side to set the tone for a fabulous, creatively-energetic Monday. (and that it was).

you know how every year or so theres a new "it" thing. i.e. cupcakes, macaroons, cake-pops lol
